How do I place an order?

Nope! Whether itโs one special item or a mini haul, youโre welcome here! ๐
Can I cancel my order?
Since our items are made just for you, we donโt allow cancellations once your order has been placed and paid. Make sure everythingโs correct before checking out!
Can I change my order after itโs processed?
Once your order is confirmed and in progress, we canโt make changes. So double-check your order before hitting the order button!
Can I return an item?
Sorry, all sales are final. Since our items are personalized, weโre unable to accept returns.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
Yes! We have promos and sales every now and then. Follow us on social media or sign up for our email list so you donโt miss out!
Do you have a loyalty program or referral rewards?

Do you do meet-ups?
Sorry, no meet-ups for now! We deliver through Lalamove (Delivery Fee Paid on the Client's Side) or LBC (or other couriers, depending on the situation) straight to your doorstep. ๐
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order. Just send us a quick message and weโll calculate it for you!
When will I receive my order?
Since all our items are customized, we need time to design and create them.
Once done, your order is shipped via Lalamove (Delivery Fee Paid on the Client's Side) or LBC (or other couriers, depending on the situation).

๐ Note: Provincial orders may take longer than Metro Manila deliveries. Also, unexpected delays may happen.
Why does it take a while to receive my order?
Because each piece is custom-made with love! ๐ We need time to craft it just right. Add shipping time, and your order might take a bit. Thank you for being patient!
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If we havenโt processed your order yet, we might be able to update your shipping details. Contact us ASAP, and weโll see what we can do!
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines. But weโre always growing, hopefully someday soon! ๐
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
Oh no! ๐ข If anything goes wrong, send us a message with your tracking number and photos (if needed). Weโll coordinate with the courier and sort it out!
Where can I find my tracking number?
Weโll send it to you within 24โ48 hours after your order has been shipped.
Can I save items to buy later?
Totally! You can add them to your cart or wishlist (if logged in). Just a heads-upโitems arenโt reserved, so if they sell out, theyโre gone for now.

Can I see a preview or mockup of my custom order?
We can provide a mockup for some orders (specifically, "Luminaryxโข" and "Luminaryxโข" variants), just ask when you order! Please allow extra days for mockup creation.
