We currently accept one payment method per order. If you need help deciding which one’s best, let us know!
Is there a minimum purchase?
Nope! Whether it’s one special item or a mini haul, you’re welcome here! 💖
Can I cancel my order?
Since our items are made just for you, we don’t allow cancellations once your order has been placed and paid. Make sure everything’s correct before checking out!
Can I change my order after it’s processed?
Once your order is confirmed and in progress, we can’t make changes. So double-check your order before hitting the order button!
Can I return an item?
Sorry, all sales are final. Since our items are personalized, we’re unable to accept returns.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
Yes! We have promos and sales every now and then. Follow us on social media or sign up for our email list so you don’t miss out!
Do you have a loyalty program or referral rewards?
Not yet, but it’s something we’re working on! Stay tuned on our socials for updates. 👀

Do you do meet-ups?
Sorry, no meet-ups for now! We deliver through Lalamove (Delivery Fee Paid on the Client's Side) or LBC (or other couriers, depending on the situation) straight to your doorstep. 🚚
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order. Just send us a quick message and we’ll calculate it for you!
When will I receive my order?
Since all our items are customized, we need time to design and create them.
Once done, your order is shipped via Lalamove (Delivery Fee Paid on the Client's Side) or LBC (or other couriers, depending on the situation).

📍 Note: Provincial orders may take longer than Metro Manila deliveries. Also, unexpected delays may happen.
Why does it take a while to receive my order?
Because each piece is custom-made with love! 💕 We need time to craft it just right. Add shipping time, and your order might take a bit. Thank you for being patient!
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If we haven’t processed your order yet, we might be able to update your shipping details. Contact us ASAP, and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the Philippines. But we’re always growing, hopefully someday soon! 🌏
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
Oh no! 😢 If anything goes wrong, send us a message with your tracking number and photos (if needed). We’ll coordinate with the courier and sort it out!
Where can I find my tracking number?
We’ll send it to you within 24–48 hours after your order has been shipped.
Can I save items to buy later?
Totally! You can add them to your cart or wishlist (if logged in). Just a heads-up—items aren’t reserved, so if they sell out, they’re gone for now.

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! If you’ve got something specific in mind, send us a message via the "Contact Us" page, and we’ll see what we can do. (Note: Custom work may take extra time or have added charges.)
Can I see a preview or mockup of my custom order?
We can provide a mockup for some orders (specifically, "Luminaryx™" and "Luminaryx™" variants), just ask when you order! Please allow extra days for mockup creation.
Do you have a size chart or care instructions?

We try to respond within 24–48 hours. If it’s the weekend or we’re getting a lot of messages, it might take a bit longer, but we will get back to you!
What if I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete?
So sorry about that! 😓 Please message us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos if needed. We’ll fix it ASAP!

Nope! We’re 100% online. That means you can shop in your PJs, on the couch, at midnight… totally up to you!
